The app ships, June 2027, Africa first
The app is designed and the demo is live: try it as a provider. The provider app ships publicly. The first corridor opens; the first devices come online and earn. Later stages open against corridor launches, the public app and live volume.

Distribute
Launch: TGE, then the first distribution
Launch is TGE, one month after the app's public release. Tokens delivered in full; the first accrual period opens the same day. First distribution at period end. Developer API, first telco term sheet, more African corridors, then Asia.

Versioned terms
Any change to the TGE target is published as a new Terms of Sale version and every holder is notified.

Contracts deployed on BNB Chain after independent audit; tokens sent to your nominated wallet, no vesting.
Accrual starts the same day
From the first period, 15% of gross revenue accrues to holders in a segregated stablecoin pool.
Claim each period
Distributions are claimable per period from a pull-based distributor; hold at the snapshot and claim.
Everything published
Ledger freeze time, holder list, Merkle root and a reconciliation against on-chain receipts, all published.

Stages never open on a date. Each one opens when the network passes a published milestone, and each opens above the last.

First buyer contract
Stage 2 opens, priced above Stage 1. The first contract also fixes the unit price the network sells at.

App ships, corridors open
Stages 3 to 7 open against corridor launches, the public app and live volume. Each opens above the last.
TGE
Token generation
Sale ends at TGE or sellout. Tokens delivered, accrual begins, and Stage 8 is the highest price of the sale.

First distribution

Every milestone raises the price. None of them is scheduled.
Stage 1 is the lowest price of the sale. The next stage opens above it the day the first buyer contract is signed.
